"I spend a lot of time off the grid - camping, hiking, wheeling and I don’t have patience for things that don’t work. This agency does. Solid office to work with. They are reliable and straightforward. People know their stuff here and make sure you’re covered for literally EVERYTHING. "I had an excellent experience working with Allie [sp?] at State Farm. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. "Working with this State Farm has been by far the most difficult. I called in asking questions about my bill . I was told no everything is fine you’re all good. My bill amount can’t getting high and high ever billing state with no real explanation. The representative I spoke with named TJ gave me false information multiple time . When I called out the fact that he was giving me false information I was told he has heard us in billing tell this to other customers so he was trying to fill in . Even though the questions I was asking wasn’t within his department and he should’ve gotten me over to the correct department. I have recorded conversations with TJ while he was giving me the incorrect information. It got so bad I had to even record my conversation with the person in billing because I was getting told so may different things . She acknowledged that he did in fact give me the wrong information. The price has went up for everything without notice . After over an hour or more trying to get everything straightened out she said oh he will get a training . As if that was supposed to make the situation better. This was an horrible experience with this company. I hope that training helps the next customer in my shoes so they aren’t giving incorrect information."

"They are superficially nice, and sell insurance, and have some actual humans, but quickly jack up prices after joining, so you have to quit every other year. Then, regardless of honestly 20 unsubscribe requests, they send solicitations CONSTANTLY, to every address you've revealed to them. I wish they'd spend all of those stamps and spam bots on lowering premiums so I could just set and forget."

"I have had a great customer service experience with the agent named Heather. She listened to me and offered different ways to help. She looked up my account quickly , then discussed any issues with my account . Heather is a wonderful agent. Also she was able to get my bill fixed to the rate it was supposed to be. I was unsure of using the Drive Safe app but with the help of this agent I was able to make a informed decision. At this time I would recommend Heather at this State Farm of Cary."

"They were supposed to split my policy from my ex husband. I called paid for my policy in full for 6 mos. My ex did not renew his policy. Brittany's office applied my policy payment to my ex husband's car. 6 weeks later I got a call asking if I still wanted my policy. They notified DMV that I had a lapse even though I was not the one with the lapse in insurance. Been trying to follow up and have not gotten a return phone call. Very unhappy with her office. After they fix it and it's time for my next policy renewal I will definitely be using a different insurance company."

"Very disappointed with the service. I approached them after going through the google reviews and was impressed. But I’ve been emailing them since 2.5 months for a refund of my cancelled policy and I still didn’t get it from them. At first we got a quote for our auto insurance (which was after a very detailed phone conversation with an agent) but later got an email about increase in the quote by 200+ dollars per month. When asked for a cancellation, I only got 10% of the amount deducted from my account and I still haven’t received the rest. I have 450$ with them since more than two months. I couldn’t spend on my family during holidays because of this. I’ve been very patient since the beginning and I hope this review reaches out to a higher authority and helps me out. P.S. Paola from their team has been very supportive since the beginning in helping us resolve this issue though but we still didn’t receive any solution."
